All orders must be prepaid in full at time of order, unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Southeaster Seating has best in industry negotiated pricing from our nationwide shipping partners. Shipping prices are implemented via shipping partner software into our website and will be prepaid by customer upon order finalization. All custom negotiated shipping costs are FOB destination and must be paid before delivery. FOB Origin must also be prepaid before shipment. Most common shipments are tailgate delivery on bleacher, or handrail accessories. Liftgate delivery must be special ordered at an additional cost. Drivers are not responsible for machine operation, or hand delivery. It is incumbent upon the receiver of prepaid shipped product, to include proper loading dock facilities, forklift, or personnel to receive and off load all products.
All orders are prepaid, or require a 50% deposit and can only be cancelled upon agreed written request between seller and buyer, before the manufacturing production process has begun. If in the event an order is cancelled after the production process has begun, a 50% charge will be applied.
Customer satisfaction is of high priority at Southeastern Seating. If for for some reason some of our products may have to be returned, customers may do so in the original packaging within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returns. in the event of damaged, or defective products, a return authorization must be processed by Southeastern Seating before returning said products. Returns without proper authorization, will be refused. All returned product must be properly packaged and shipping prepaid by customer. No collect shipments will be accepted. Products returned for reasons beyond damage, or defects will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All Southeastern Seating product material come with a 25 year prorated extended warranty for defects when installed by the manufacturer. Shipped product material installed by someone other than the manufacturer come with a 15 year prorated extended warranty. All workmanship and assembly come with a 1 year extended warranty after delivery and completed installation. All warranties are void, if product is misused, altered, or neglected.
