At Southeastern Seating, your privacy and security are our top priority. This Privacy and Security Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website.

We will not share and or sell your personal identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe! Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry leader for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet. After receiving payment information for each order, we do not keep your payment information on file, or payment history on our servers.

Payment Policy

All orders must be prepaid in full at time of order, unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Freight Policy

Southeastern Seating maintains competitively negotiated rates with nationwide shipping partners to provide customers with industry-leading freight pricing. Shipping costs are calculated through our carriers’ integrated software and must be prepaid by the customer at the time of order finalization. All custom-negotiated shipping arrangements are FOB destination and require payment prior to delivery. Shipments designated as FOB origin must also be prepaid before dispatch.

Most orders ship via tailgate delivery for bleachers or handrail accessories. Liftgate service is available by special request for an additional charge. Drivers are not responsible for operating equipment or providing manual unloading services. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to ensure appropriate unloading arrangements are in place, including access to a loading dock, forklift, or sufficient personnel to safely receive and unload the shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be paid in full in advance, or some may require a 50% deposit. Orders can only be canceled with written agreement between the seller and buyer prior to the start of the manufacturing process. If an order is canceled after production has begun, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total order amount will apply.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Southeastern Seating. If a product needs to be returned, it must be sent back in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For damaged or defective items, a return authorization must be obtained from Southeastern Seating prior to returning the product. Returns submitted without prior authorization will be refused. All returned items must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid by the customer; collect shipments will not be accepted.

Products returned for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

All Southeastern Seating product material come with a 25 year prorated extended warranty for defects when installed by the manufacturer. Shipped product material installed by someone other than the manufacturer come with a 15 year prorated extended warranty. All workmanship and assembly come with a 1 year extended warranty after delivery and completed installation. All warranties are void, if product is misused, altered, or neglected.
